A Bug Report is a special kind of ticket following a predefined format. Complete bug reports help to reduce both time for analysis and round trips for clarification.
Good bug reports are supported by environment information and visual material (screenshots). They follow SSCCE or MCVE (see below).
Capturing Tools
Some issue tracking systems provide tools that help test users capturing environment information and submitting bug reports. Examples:
